Joint Service Housing Advice Office (JSHAO)
The JSHAO is the MOD’s tri-service focal point to provide service personnel and their dependants with civilian housing information for those wishing to move to civilian accommodation at any time in their career, and for those during resettlement to assist with the transition to civilian life.

Haig Housing
The object of Haig Housing is to provide housing assistance to ex-Service people and/or their dependants. Currently this object is achieved by letting general needs homes at affordable rents to the ex-Service community, and providing tailored housing solutions to suit the individual needs of severely wounded and disabled Veterans. Haig Housing also offers a wide range of housing advice to the Service community.
Agamemnon Housing Association
The Agamemnon Housing Association aims is to provide affordable and sensitively managed sheltered housing for people over 60 years of age, giving priority to those who have served in the Armed Forces and their surviving partners or relatives.
The Church of England Soldiers’, Sailors’ and Airmen’s Housing Association
The Church of England Soldiers’, Sailors’ and Airmen’s Housing Association Ltd (CESSA HA), like its sister Charity CESSAC, is not religious in operation, the title simply reflects the origin of the organisations. CESSA HA manages a total of 8 Sheltered Housing Schemes for a variety of ex-service personnel and their families. There are about 300 flats on assured tenancies at reasonable rents.
