The successful candidates will undertake the Engineer Surveyor Apprenticeship under the careful supervision of qualified professionals. This is a 2-year programme that will require some block attendance at Fareham College plus practical hands-on training and an element of self-learning. The Apprenticeship has been developed to promote an earn as you learn approach and you will develop your skills and build on your competencies throughout the duration of the programme. You will be provided with all the support and guidance that you need to achieve your targets and will be assigned a mentor to aid you throughout.
What will I be doing?

Zurich Engineering is looking to expand our highly skilled, field-based, Engineer Surveyor team, and we currently have a vacancy for 4 Apprentice Engineer Surveyors.
What skills are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant field of engineering
Level 3 Qualification (i.e. ONC, OND, Tech. Cert at least T3 level, NVQ level 3) in an engineering related subject (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil)
Minimum GCSEs grades (including Maths and English at Grade C and above)
Full/Clean UK driving licence
Valid work permit for permanent work in the UK
Organised, self-motivated
Ability to work alone but also well as a team
Clear decision-making ability

All relevant qualifications and experience will be assessed additionally by Fareham College to establish suitability. You will be required to attend an assessment centre to undertake the approval process.
