Your Future - The WEA runs a regular online webinar titled ‘Your Future’  This webinar  is free and is available to all serving and former members of the RN, RM and RFA.  It covers the topics of resettlement finance and our employment services.  All our services are free for life.

Within the subject of Resettlement Finance we explore aspects such as;

·        an overview of the various Armed Forces Pension Schemes,

·        combinations of those schemes,

·        how to work out the value of your package using the AFPS calculator,

·        the Annual Benefit Information Statement,

·        the effects of McCloud (Employment Tribunal),

·        how to apply for your benefits,

·        when does the money arrive and also

·        considerations of taxation and finally

·        rejoining on an FTRS contract.
