WELCOME ONBOARD JULIE!

We are delighted to announce that we have a new member of the White Ensign Association team.

Julie Daly has joined us as our new Employment Consultant and brings with her a fantastic pedigree for the role. She served as both a rating and officer in a naval career that spanned 22 years. Having been commissioned, she served as an Instructor Officer and among her appointments she was both a Personnel Selection Officer and an Education and Resettlement Officer. She was also one of the first females in the Royal Navy to go to sea where she also qualified for her Bridge Watchkeeping Certificate. After leaving the Royal Navy Julie set up her own business with her husband, who is also ex-Navy, which also gave her regular experience of recruiting staff.

Julie has now opened her doors for business and on joining said:  “I’m thrilled to be working back in the Naval environment and hope my experience, both in and out of the Service, can help others move on to their next successful career”.
