Career Transition Partnership employment fair

Yesterday, Tuesday 13 June 2023 I had the pleasure of supporting Adam Marchant-Wincott at the Career Transition Partnership employment fair at Bath and West Showground. It was the first time I had been to an event of this kind and I was really impressed by how well organised and attended it was. It was a great opportunity for service leavers to see and speak with a wide variety of potential employers and learn about the support available to make a positive transition to civilian employment. The highlight of the day for me, was seeing the anxiety evident on some faces melting away to leave positive expressions!
